Social Enterprise Future Reforms Workshop

In an era where social enterprise is not just a buzzword but a significant economic force, employing over 200,000 individuals and injecting $21 billion annually into the economy, the sector stands on the cusp of unparalleled expansion. Recognising this potential, the Select Committee's final report into Workforce Australia has laid out a visionary blueprint, advocating for robust policy support through various means including integration into employment services, a national fund, social procurement, and more. Yet, the path forward remains a collaborative effort, seeking insights from the heart of the industry.

Jobs Australia, with its extensive network of Members engaged in social enterprises, holds a significant place in advocating for the sector.
